Scott Chappell started his hairdressing career working at the Marc Young unisex salon in the Arndale Centre Poole, Dorset (now The
Dolphin Shopping Centre). In 1982 he opened his first salon for men
using the technical skills found in ladies hairdressing combined with
conventional barbering techniques to create a unique style of barbershop.
After trading for two years in Poole High Street the business moved to larger premises in Parkstone. It is now the most established mens salon in the area and has a reputation for
traditional and contemporary precision hair cutting. The salon operates an appointment system so clients receive individual attention and time to cut their hair without the need to queue.
Scott has been a Senior State Registered
Hairdresser for over 25 years so clients can be assured he has an unrivalled level of expertise in mens hairdressing.
Stylist Jo Squibb recently celebrated 10 years working at the salon, in that time she has become a very popular stylist with both the
young and senior clientele. Jo is a City & Guilds qualified hairdresser and also completed an Advanced Hairdressing Course at Bournemouth College. She has previously worked in
some of the best salons in the area and has over twenty years hairdressing experience.
